Tumbling Bay is a picturesque location situated on the River Lee immediately next to the historic market town of Ware. We have both residential and leisure moorings served with varying facilities. In keeping with the history of Ware moorings are reserved for attractive and traditional canal boats.
The site itself is adjacent to a 23 acre country park within the Lee Valley area and includes Tumbling Bay lake where you can easily find secluded spots to sit and read or picnic. And just a few minutes stroll away are the bustling shops, cafes and bars of Ware town.
